本文研究了碳素钢丝受火温度、剩余抗拉强度和钢丝硬度值、内部微观结构之阆的相互关系,这一关系可以较准确地估计碳素钢丝的受火温度和剩余抗拉强度。可供评估预应力钢丝受火灾后损伤程度时参考。预应力钢丝采用Фs~5碳素钢丝,常温下极限抗拉强度为1636.8N/mm~2,硬度值DPH=435,钢丝的含碳量C=0.65%~0.75%,其它元素如硫、磷含量均小于0.04%。
In this paper, the relationship between the temperature of steel wire, the residual tensile strength and the value of steel wire hardness, and the internal microstructure of the carbon steel wire are studied. This relationship can accurately estimate the temperature of the carbon steel wire and the residual tensile strength. It can be used to evaluate the prestressed steel wire when it is damaged by fire. The prestressed steel wire adopts Фs~5 carbon steel wire, the ultimate tensile strength at room temperature is 1636.8N/mm~2, the hardness value is DPH=435, the carbon content of steel wire is 0.65%~0.75%, other elements such as sulfur and phosphorus The content is less than 0.04%.
