由上海第四机床厂研制开发的模具加工中心机床最近已通过鉴定。鉴定会由上海机电工业管理局主持,与会专家们经过认真评审,一致通过了对两台机床和一项试验工作的鉴定。为了提高我国模具行业的加工水平,上海第四机床厂在1986年向日本牧野制作所购进了一台具有先进水平的HDNC-1210-A30仿形加工中心。同年,上海市科委下达课题,要对这台样机作技木消化吸收的性能试验。经过三年的努力,该厂终于完成了以下四个方面的测试工作:(1)样机的部分性能试验,其中包括噪声、空运转振动、主轴热变形、主轴回转精度、位置精度、直线运动均匀性、抗振性切削等。(2)样机的应用试验,即通过对典型零件的加工,反映出样机
The fourth machine tool plant by the Shanghai Research and Development Center of the mold machining center has recently been identified. Identification will be hosted by the Shanghai Electrical and Mechanical Industry Authority, the participating experts after careful review, unanimously approved the two machine tools and a test appraisal. In order to improve the processing level of the mold industry in China, the fourth machine tool plant in Shanghai purchased a state-of-the-art HDNC-1210-A30 profiling center from Makino Works in 1986.
