男性,45岁。1985年1月因周期性麻痹住外院,胃镜诊断慢性浅表性胃炎,补钾后病愈出院。之后每天口服氯化钾12片。1987年5月5日突感上腹不适,恶心,呕吐,呕暗红色血液2次(约1500ml),黑便一次。自感头晕、心悸。入院时体温36.2℃,脉搏96次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压70/50mmHg。血红蛋白90g/L。查体:急性病容,贫血貌,剑突下压痛。胃镜检查见胃底小弯侧2.5×2.0cm溃疡,其上有白苔,周边充血,边缘整齐。病检报告:小块胃粘膜组织慢性炎症,
