目的 :探讨 CT动态监测下高血压脑出血介入治疗及临床疗效。方法 :本组 15 2例先行 CT扫描确定出血部位 ,在 CT导引下做穿刺血肿抽吸术并间断扫描监控术中情况 ,术后留置引流管 ,血量 5 0 m L 以上者分 2次~ 4次清除血肿。结果 :正常 (ADL1) 6 8.8% ,稍不便 (ADL2 ) 2 1.9% ,完全不便 (ADL4) 9.3%。结论 :CT动态监测下高血压脑出血介入治疗提高疗效、缩短疗程 ,避免外科手术 ,是适用范围广、安全易行的治疗手段。
Objective: To investigate the interventional treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage under CT dynamic monitoring and its clinical effect. Methods: Fifty-two cases underwent CT scan to determine the bleeding site. Thoracotomy aspiration was performed under CT guidance and intermittent scanning to monitor the intraoperative status. The postoperative drainage tube was placed and the blood volume was more than 50 m L ~ 4 times to remove the hematoma. RESULTS: Normal (ADL1) 6 8.8%, slightly inconvenient (ADL2) 2 1.9%, and total inconvenience (ADL4) 9.3%. Conclusion: CT dynamic monitoring of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage interventional therapy to improve efficacy, shorten the course of treatment, to avoid surgery, is a wide range of applications, safe and easy treatment.
