On November 26, 2013, the first Guangxi Migrant Worker Skills Competition jointly organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the autonomous region and the General Labor Union was held in Nanning. The competition included electrician, tool fitter, bar worker, mason worker, domestic worker attendant 5 occupations (type of work), 155 migrant workers from 14 cities in the region participated in the competition. In the contestants show superb skills and good mental outlook. Huang Hai Bi won the first welder project, Huang Ke won the first piece of tool fitter project, Liang Wei Chao won the first reinforced project, Cao masonry won the first prize, Yang Yanshan was the first domestic service waiter project.
