1.设备选材概况 我厂为某化工装置制造重沸器,其工况条件为:工作压力0.6MPa,1.作温度160℃,介质为稀硫酸 为满足该设备运行条件,制造材料选用了00Crl8Nil4Mo2Cu2奥氏体不锈钢。该钢是在00Crl8Nil2Mo2钢的基础上,加入2%左右的铜发展起来的新材料。它在稀硫酸、磷酸等还原性酸,以及醋酸、甲酸等有机酸中,其耐腐蚀性能均优于00Crl8Nil2Mo2和00Crl8Nil4Mo3不锈钢,是耐硫酸腐蚀的较理想材料。在室温条件下,对中等浓度的硫酸介质,也具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。
