社会主义社会意味着消灭一切剥削,社会所有制在生产中占统治地位,在个人消费与生活中,个人所有得到充实与满足。长期以来,我们已形成一种概念,认为在社会主义全面胜利、正常工作和健康发展的同时,一切私有制形式也将被消灭。因此经常以政治手段和行政手段将个体经济从某些领域中排挤掉,而这些领域正是我们不能补充,或需付出大量社会资金才能补充的领域,总之,是我们无法满足需求的领域。我国二十五年的经历使人们明瞭,除社会主义所有制的统治作用外,在工业、农业、服务行业和小商业中的个体生产对满足社会
Socialist society means eliminating all exploitation and social ownership occupies the dominant position in production. In the personal consumption and daily life, all individuals are enriched and satisfied. For a long time we have come to a concept that all forms of private ownership will be eliminated at the same time as the full victory of socialism, normal work and healthy development. Therefore, we often exclude the individual economy from political and administrative means in areas that we can not replenish or that require substantial social funds to supplement. In short, we are unable to meet the demand. Our twenty-five years of experience have made it clear that, in addition to the dominant role of socialist ownership, the individual production in industries, agriculture, service industries and small businesses is essential for satisfying the needs of society
