煤工尘肺X线胸片上不规则小阴影逐渐被人们所重视,并认为它是煤工尘肺的一种主要X线表现。然而关于不规则小阴影的病理学基础所见报道不多。本文仅就我组搜集的煤工尸检病例中生前胸片显示有小阴影的24例肺标本予以观察,并将X线表现与病理所见作对照,试图对不规则小阴影的形态基础进行探讨。材料和方法 24例胸片有小阴影的肺标本取自四川省各煤矿的男性矿工,年龄43～74岁,其中采煤工3例,掘进工5例,混合工16例,接尘工龄最短9年,最长
