为了解长期接触四乙基铅对工人健康的危害,我们对西宁地区(海拔2260米)100名乙基汽油作业(油库)工人的健康状况和劳动卫生学进行了调查。现报告如下。对象与方法 100例接触组均系西宁地区从事卸油、发油、计量的油库工人。其中男72名,女28名。接触毒物工龄在1～24年,多数在5年以上。正常对照组50例是不接触任何毒物的部队战士,年龄在18～22岁。健康状况检查项目和方法,均按全国四乙基铅中毒诊断科研协作组统一规定和要求进行。劳动卫生学调查简要生产流程:
In order to understand the long-term exposure of workers to health hazards caused by tetraethyl lead, we investigated the health status and labor hygiene of 100 ethyl gasoline operations (oil depot) workers in the Xining region (2260 meters above sea level). The report is as follows. Subjects and methods All 100 contact groups were oil depot workers engaged in unloading, fattening and metering in Xining. Among them, 72 males and 28 females. The length of exposure to poison in 1 to 24 years, most in 5 years. 50 cases of normal control group is not exposed to any toxic force soldiers, aged 18 to 22 years.
