自制菌药物在我国使用以来,肺结核的治疗有了很大进步,我国文献已有很多报告,但对用药方式意见尚未一致,病者也多不遵守医嘱,因而治疗效果颇不一致,甚至发生不少治疗失败和复发的结果。为了寻求合理治疗的方法,今将我院肺科1957和1958两年中全部住院和门诊肺结核820例进行疗效分析(不包括治疗未满三个月者和少数无法追查的病例),为合理治疗提供意见。
