本文报告1例49岁的妇女,可能因多年接触水生植物,偶而吞入片吸虫的后囊蚴而获得感染。1972年9月初开始左季肋部疼痛,有时不规则发热,于9月19日因上腹部剧痛入院。入院时体检仅在上腹部与脐左侧腹部有压痛和阻力,其他正常;化验检查有轻度贫血,血小板减少(7.4×10~4/立方厘米),嗜酸粒细胞增多(33.5%),谷草转氨酶118单位,谷丙转氨酶162单位,硷性磷酸酶38.5单位,亮氨酸氨酞酶830单位,临床考虑为胆
This article reports a 49-year-old woman who may have acquired infection after years of exposure to aquatic plants and occasionally swallowed the metacercariae of the trematodes. Beginning in early September 1972 pain in the left quarter of the ribs, and sometimes irregular fever, on September 19 due to pain in the upper abdomen admission. On admission, the physical examination showed tenderness and resistance only in the upper abdomen and the left abdomen of the umbilicus, while the others were normal. The test showed mild anemia, thrombocytopenia (7.4 × 10 4 / cm 3), eosinophilia (33.5%), 118 units of aspartate aminotransferase, 162 units of alanine aminotransferase, 38.5 units of alkaline phosphatase, 830 units of leucine aminotransferase, clinical considerations for the gallbladder
