以外源DNA处理水稻萌动种子或秧苗,从其变异后代选育了19个稳定株系。分析结果表明,19个株系的产量、农艺性状、米质、抗性以及光合特性等项指标,品系同存在明显的差异,并且与受体品种的差异极其明显;采用外源DNA导入技术,对水稻育种具有极其明显的成效。外源DNA导入技术与常规育种方法相结合,将能培育出符合育种目标的农作物新品种。
The germinating seeds or seedlings of rice were treated with exogenous DNA, and 19 stable strains were selected from the mutant offspring. The results showed that the yield, agronomic traits, grain quality, resistance and photosynthetic characteristics of 19 lines were significantly different from those of the other lines, and the difference with the recipient varieties was extremely obvious. Using the introduced DNA, Rice breeding has extremely significant results. The combination of exogenous DNA introduction technology and conventional breeding methods will be able to breed new varieties of crops that meet the breeding objectives.
