In order to implement the “Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Salt Industry Reform Program” (Guo Fa [2016] No. 25) and the Notice of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Government on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Guangxi Salt Industry Reform (Guizheng Fa [2016] 78 No.) Spirit, accelerate the reform of salt regulatory system in Guangxi, the development of this program.
