目的:探讨临床合理应用抗菌药物的质量评价标准与方法。方法:采取量化的评价标准结合行政干预、技术干预等手段对临床抗菌药物的合理应用进行考核。结果:抗菌药物的使用率下降,合理使用率和病原菌标本送检率上升。结论:合理应用抗菌药物的质量评价标准与方法对提高合理应用抗菌药物是有效和适用的。
Objective: To evaluate the quality and standard of clinical application of antibacterials. Methods: To take quantitative evaluation criteria combined with administrative interventions, technical interventions and other means to evaluate the rational use of clinical antimicrobial agents. Results: The usage of antibacterials decreased, the reasonable utilization rate and the rate of pathogen specimens increased. Conclusion: The rational application of antimicrobials quality evaluation criteria and methods to improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents is effective and applicable.
