目的:考察不同 pH 的盐酸二氢埃托啡(DHE)溶液的稳定性。方法:观察高温条件下不同 pH 对 DHE 溶液的含量变化影响。结果:pH 为4.0时,DHE 溶液的稳定性较好。结论:为保证 DHE 溶液的稳定性,应调整其至最适 pH。
Objective: To investigate the stability of dihydroetorphine hydrochloride (DHE) solution with different pH. Methods: The effect of different pH on the content of DHE solution under high temperature was observed. Results: The stability of DHE solution was better at pH 4.0. Conclusion: To ensure the stability of DHE solution, it should be adjusted to the optimum pH.
