目的研究兔腹腔动脉血管造影解剖。方法36只新西兰大白兔,经右股动脉行腹腔动脉及肝固有动脉插管造影,分析腹腔动脉分支与管径。结果兔腹腔动脉开口位于T12椎体下1/3~L1椎体上1/3平面,其中66.7%位于T12椎体下缘平面。腹腔动脉分成胃脾动脉和胃肝动脉。胃肝动脉分支可分为三型:Ⅰ型,胃肝动脉干树状分支,占47.22%;Ⅱ型,胃肝动脉干呈三分支,占38.88%;Ⅲ型,胃肝动脉干呈二分支,占13.90%;肝固有动脉较长(22.70~33.00 mm,26.64 mm±2.28 mm)、内径0.60~1.20 mm(0.90 mm±0.16 mm),肝左动脉内径0.60~1.10 mm(0.72 mm±0.09 mm),肝右动脉内径0.50~1.00 mm(0.67 mm±0.09 mm);肝固有动脉造影可比较清晰地显示肝内叶段动脉分支。结论明了兔腹腔动脉血管造影解剖,有助于对兔肝VX2肿瘤模型经肝动脉途径介入实验研究。
Objective To study the anatomy of rabbit abdominal arterial angiography. Methods Thirty - six New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups according to the right femoral artery: celiac artery and hepatic artery. The branches and diameters of celiac artery were analyzed. Results The opening of celiac artery in rabbits was located on 1/3 of L1 vertebra under T12 vertebral body, of which 66.7% was located on the lower edge of T12 vertebral body. The celiac artery is divided into the spleen and stomach and the hepatic artery. The branches of gastric and hepatic arteries can be divided into three types: type Ⅰ, the stem of the trunk of the hepatic artery, accounting for 47.22%; type Ⅱ, the artery of the liver and the liver has three branches, accounting for 38.88%; the type Ⅲ, , Accounting for 13.90%. The length of the hepatic artery was longer (22.70-33.00 mm, 26.64 mm ± 2.28 mm), the diameter was 0.60-1.20 mm (0.90 mm ± 0.16 mm), the diameter of the left hepatic artery was 0.60-1.10 mm (0.72 mm ± 0.09 mm) ), And the diameter of the right hepatic artery was 0.50-1.00 mm (0.67 mm ± 0.09 mm). Hepatic artery angiography clearly showed the branch of hepatic artery. Conclusion The anatomy of rabbit celiac artery angiography is helpful to the experimental study of hepatic VX2 tumor model in rabbits.
