目的探讨肾盂输尿管重复畸形的轴位CT特征及其扫描方法。方法对经临床及影像学证实的18例肾盂输尿管重复畸形进行回顾性分析。结果肾盂输尿管重复畸形的轴位平扫CT特征有:蒙面征、双侧肾实质交替增厚(肾盂肾盏偏位)征、同层双肾盂征、双肾蒂征、输尿管异位征及膀胱囊中囊征象;轴位增强CT特征有:完全或不完全双输尿管征及内髓质征。结论肾盂输尿管重复畸形具有一定的CT特征,合理应用扫描参数,特别是<5 mm的薄层扫描是显示该畸形的必要条件。
Objective To investigate the axial CT features and the scanning method of ureteropelvic deformity. Methods Retrospective analysis of 18 patients with ureteropelvic deformity confirmed by clinical and radiological findings was retrospectively analyzed. Results The features of axial CT scan of ureteropelvic deformity were: masked face, bilateral thickening of the renal parenchyma (pyelogram of the pyelonephritis), double renal pelvis, renal pedicle sign, ureter ectopic and Bladder sac cystic signs; Axial enhanced CT features are: complete or incomplete double ureter sign and medullary sign. Conclusions The ureteropelvic deformity has certain CT features. The proper application of scanning parameters, especially the thin-section scanning of <5 mm, is a necessary condition to show this deformity.
