文章分析了西柳沟水沙运行特点,指出治理工作应在上游建设大型拦沙坝,中游实施防风固沙工程,下游疏浚河道,加固堤防。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of runoff and sediment movement in Xiliugou and points out that large-scale sand barging dam should be constructed in the upper reaches, windbreak and sand-fixing works in the middle reaches, dredging downstream in the river and reinforcing dikes.
