简单介绍了位于平顺县的项目区的概况,分析了目前该项目区的水土流失现状,并提出建设目标与规模,对该项目的水土保持工程作了总体布置。针对土石山区水土流失严重的情况,采取水保林设计、经济技术设计等造林措施,河坝工程、谷坊工程、田间路工程等工程措施,封禁措施,通过三大措施相结合进行综合治理,使土石山区的水土流失得到了有效治理及控制,并对取得的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益进行了分析。
