Simulation is one of the most commonly used techniques in science and science. If a model created by an engineer building a new building is a plan for builder’s work, the purpose of modeling natural objects is to make the models and objects so similar that they are convinced that their fundamentals are similar. In this case, the model of the secondary characteristic of nature, which masks and complicates its mechanism of action, is absent. In a certain period, the research model can successfully replace the study of the original. Obviously, the difficulty is to avoid mistakes in determining the main line of similarity between the model and the simulant. This issue is of particular importance when studying complex systems like biocatalysts and enzymes. The problem of creating models of enzymes is of particular interest.
