用带蒂的颞肌瓣营养内耳，治疗感音神经性聋 １０ 例，随访 １～２ 年，语言骨导听力曲线平均提高 １５ｄ Ｂ５ 例；耳鸣消失３ 例，减轻 ２ 例；眩晕消失 ２ 例，减轻 １ 例。颞肌瓣的长宽之比为３：１，肌瓣必须覆盖在半规管及内淋巴囊之上并用丝线固定，术后创面彻底止血并放置引流片，应用抗生素、血管扩张剂及营养神经的药物。
