修理机械时,伞齿轮可用尺寸与速比相近者代用。已磨损换下的齿轮,还可用在要求不高的部位,发挥作用。我们曾用斯可达(706R)汽车后牙包的大小“八”字轮,代用10吨柴油压路机终传动伞齿轮。其传动较平稳、已经受两次大修间隔的考验。代用方法简述如下:
When repairing a machine, bevel gears can be used with alternative sizes and speed ratios. Worn out gears can also be used where they are not required. We used the size “eight” wheel of the 706R car back pack to replace the 10 ton diesel final drive bevel gear. The transmission is relatively stable and has been tested by two overhaul intervals. The substitution method is briefly described as follows:
