我局森林铁路共300多公里,承担全局生产运输任务。线路维修作业,人工打镐,劳动强度大,质量低,成为森铁维修作业主要矛盾。为了解决这个矛盾,森铁组成有领导干部、工人和技术人员三结合领导小组,去锦州、北京、太原铁路局参观学习。通过学习分析对比,认为液压捣固机比电动捣固机进了一步,适合森铁维修作业条件。因此我们确定仿制交通部DH——3型小液压捣固机作为我森铁第一代捣固机。经过三个月的努力,于74年11月份试制成功。
The forest railway of the Bureau totals more than 300 kilometers and assumes the overall production and transportation tasks. Line maintenance operations, manual snoring, labor intensity, and low quality have become major contradictions in the maintenance operations of Sen Rail. In order to resolve this contradiction, Sen Rail has formed a leading group consisting of leading cadres, workers, and technicians to visit the Jinzhou, Beijing, and Taiyuan Railway Bureaus. Through learning and analyzing, it is considered that the hydraulic tamping machine is one step further than the electric tamping machine and is suitable for the forest iron maintenance operation conditions. Therefore, we determined the imitation of the Ministry of Transport DH - 3 small hydraulic tamping machine as the first generation of tamping machine. After three months of hard work, trial production was successful in November 74.
