新世纪以来,我国教育的宏观架构发生了巨大的变化。高校不断扩招,专业不断细化,新的学科不断涌现。作为承上启下的中学教育,如何才能与时俱进,跟上时代的步伐,为社会培养和输送一批又一批的有用人才,这是广大教育工作者必须面对和亟待解决的一大现实问题。笔者试图结合黎城三中推行“四化”模式的实际,就这一问题进行粗浅分析。黎城三中于1920年建校,共有32个教学班、2600余名师生,是当地唯一的一所省级示范中学,也是唯一的一所省级义务教育示范学校。近年来特别是去年以来,该校师生紧紧围绕“质量立校,科研兴校,文化强校,依法治校”的“四校”战略,精诚团结,锐意进取,走出了一条“管理全员化,备课集体化,教学超市
