患者女,33岁,因右侧后牙自发痛3天,冷热加重就诊。查:16近中(牙合)面似有白色树脂样充填物(患者否认牙科治疗史),冷热测(+),叩(+),余牙(-),诊为16牙髓炎。但因惧怕钻牙,放弃开髓治疗。次日因疼痛再次就诊,因害怕注射痛,拒绝局部麻醉。本人钻牙前向患者交代注意事项,如疼痛或想吐水举左手示意,禁止转头、闭口、禁止用手挡医生持钻的手。钻至(牙合)面深度三分之一时,再次放弃治疗,且术中曾因疼痛二次用
Female patient, 33 years old, due to spontaneous pain of the right posterior teeth for 3 days, hot and cold worsening treatment.
