抗非典以来,大庆市各级档案部门积极响应党委、政府的号召,采取各种行之有效措施,一手抓非典预防工作,一手抓工作思路调整,促进了档案事业稳步健康发展。一、非典预防工作做到“五到位”一是思想认识到位。全市防治非典紧急会议召开后,各级档案部门及时召开各类会议,传达党中央、国务院、省市有关防非典会议精神,统一思想,使广大档案工作者充分认识到防非典工作是关系到人民群众身心健康的重大任务,明确地把“力争不发生,确保不扩散”作为工作重点,为防非典工作的顺利开展打下了牢
