辽宁省纪委、省监察厅在为辽宁老工业基地振兴中和发展服务的过程中,开展了“辽宁要振兴,纪检监察怎么办”为主题的大讨论,并结合党中央、国务院关于振兴东北老工业基地的指示精神,起草下发了《中共辽宁省纪律检查委员会辽宁省监察厅关于纪检监察机关为振兴辽宁老工业基地提供有力政治和纪律保障的意见》,在规范政府从政行为、进行体制机制创新、优化经济发展环境方面提出了具体要求,努力为辽宁的经济发展营造良好环境。
