Leaders, Comrades: The ’95 China Electronic Weighing Apparatus Training Course started after a few months of preparation. First of all, let me express warm congratulations on behalf of the China Weighing Apparatus Association for the official opening of the training class. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Technical Supervision, leaders of the Pudong New Area, and all guests for attending today’s opening ceremony. We China Weighing Instrument Association held this electronic weighing technology training class, which was put forward at the annual meeting of the China Weighing Instrument Association last year. It was supported and sponsored by Xu Taicheng, general manager of Shanghai Yaohua Weighing System Co., Ltd. The comrades personally operated, prepared from funds, and conducted classes.
