目的 评价紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌患者的疗效和不良反应。方法 对25例晚期或复发性卵巢癌患者予以紫杉醇加顺铂联合化疗。结果 初治组9例,CR1例,PR5例,总有效率为66. 7％。不良反应主要是骨髓抑制,特别是白细胞下降明显。结论 紫杉醇加顺铂联合化疗对晚期卵巢癌应是首选的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of paclitaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods 25 patients with advanced or recurrent ovarian cancer were treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin combined with chemotherapy. Results The initial treatment group, 9 cases, CR1 cases, PR5 cases, the total effective rate was 66.7%. Adverse reactions are mainly myelosuppression, especially white blood cells decreased significantly. Conclusion paclitaxel plus cisplatin combined chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer should be the preferred treatment.
