目的探讨超声队早期异位妊娠诊断的价值。方法分析了128例患者的超声检查。结果超声诊断早期异位妊娠,诊断符合率约89.3%,误诊率约10.7%。结论超声对早期异位妊娠诊断缺乏特异性图像,需结合临床,实验室检查加以确认,病定期复查超声。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 128 patients underwent ultrasound examination. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy, the diagnosis of coincidence rate of about 89.3%, misdiagnosis rate of about 10.7%. Conclusion Ultrasound on the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy lack of specific images need to be combined with clinical and laboratory tests to confirm the disease regularly review ultrasound.
