目的探讨并针穿刺技术在肺内小结节穿刺活检中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析在CT引导下,应用并针穿刺技术对55例直径在2 cm以下的肺内小结节的穿刺活检操作方法、准确性和并发症。结果55例患者全部一次性刺入病灶并取得足量组织标本,成功率100%。少量气胸3例(5.4%),少量肺出血6例(10.9%),其中2例为气胸与肺出血并存。结论在CT引导下对肺内小结节的穿刺活检,运用并针穿刺技术可提高穿刺准确性和成功率,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of needle puncture technique in small pulmonary nodules biopsy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the operation, accuracy and complications of biopsy of the small nodules in the lung of 55 patients under 2 cm in diameter guided by CT and guided by needle aspiration. Results All the 55 patients penetrated into the lesion at one time and obtained adequate tissue samples with a success rate of 100%. A small amount of pneumothorax in 3 cases (5.4%), a small amount of pulmonary hemorrhage in 6 cases (10.9%), of which 2 cases of pneumothorax and pulmonary hemorrhage coexist. Conclusion CT-guided small nodules in the lung biopsy, needle puncture and use of technology can improve the puncture accuracy and success rate and reduce complications.
