本文讨论了用齿轮装置的机械动方系统的全系统扭振模形和旨在研究齿轮振动而对全系统模型所做的种种简化。文中采用Holzer状态空间法对全系统模型和它的各种简化形式作了模态分析和比较。结果发现,为了研究齿轮振动对全系统模型作的种种简化是可行的。最简单的两个齿轮啮合模型也不失正确性。文中还研究了全系统中各零件惯量和刚度对齿轮振动的影响。
This article discusses the system-wide torsional vibration modeling of a mechanical actuator system with gears and simplifications of a system-wide model that is designed to study gear vibration. In this paper, Holzer’s state space method is used to analyze and compare the system-wide model and its various simplified forms. The results show that it is feasible to study various simplifications of the system-wide model in order to study gear vibration. The simplest two-gear meshing model is also correct. The article also studied the system-wide parts inertia and stiffness of the gear vibration.
