目的探讨15株大肠埃希菌O157分析株的耐药情况。方法应用K-B纸片法测定了15株大肠杆菌对22种抗菌药物的敏感性,并利用PCR方法扩增了大肠杆菌O157的β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、糖肽类、大环内酯类和四环素类抗菌药物的耐药基因。结果药敏试验结果表明:15株分离株对氟哌酸、左氟沙星、丙氟哌酸、庆大霉素敏感性最高,达到100%,其次是呋喃妥因、磷霉素、链霉素、多粘霉素B、先锋霉素V、头孢氨噻肟,分别达到了93.3%;而对替考拉宁、青霉素耐药性最高,耐药率达到了93.3%。15株分离株的5种耐药基因检测结果表明:四环素耐药基因TetM的检测率100.0%,替考拉宁耐药基因VatD/E的检出率为46.7%,β-内酰胺类耐药基因检出率26.7%,红霉素ermB耐药基因检出率40.0%,氨基糖苷类3种耐药基因均未检出。结论本次分离的大肠杆菌O157对临床上常用的抗G-细菌抗生素或广谱抗生素均表现出了较高的敏感性,而对抗G+细菌抗生素均有较高的耐药性。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of 15 strains of Escherichia coli O157. Methods The sensitivity of 15 strains of Escherichia coli to 22 antibacterial agents was determined by KB disk method. The β-lactams, aminoglycosides, glycopeptides, macrolides of E. coli O157 were amplified by PCR Class and tetracycline antimicrobial resistance genes. Results The results of drug susceptibility test showed that the isolates had the highest sensitivity to norfloxacin, levofloxacin, propionic acid and gentamicin, reaching 100%, followed by nitrofurantoin, fosfomycin, streptomycin, Polymyxin B, cephalosporin V, cefotaxime, respectively, reached 93.3%; while the teicoplanin, penicillin resistance was the highest resistance rate reached 93.3%. The detection results of five kinds of drug resistance genes of 15 isolates showed that the detection rate of tetracycline resistance gene TetM was 100.0%, the detection rate of teicoplanin resistance gene VatD / E was 46.7%, and the β-lactam drug resistance The gene detection rate was 26.7%, the detection rate of erythromycin ermB resistance gene was 40.0%, and the three aminoglycoside resistance genes were not detected. Conclusion The E. coli O157 isolated from this study showed high sensitivity to anti-G-bacteria antibiotics or broad-spectrum antibiotics commonly used clinically, and high antibiotic resistance against G + bacteria antibiotics.
