我院自1980年1月至1989年12月共收治肝炎后肝硬化并发食管胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血256例,在严格的内科综合治疗同时,随机应用硝苯啶、心得安和垂体后叶加压素联合治疗79例,取得了比较满意的疗效,现报道如下。
In our hospital from January 1980 to December 1989 a total of 256 cases of posthepatitic cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding in 256 cases, in the strict medical treatment at the same time, randomized application of nifedipine, propranolol and the posterior pituitary add Syphilis combined treatment of 79 cases, and achieved satisfactory results, are reported below.
