探讨止消通脉宁对糖尿病大鼠肾组织糖化终产物 (AGEs)的影响。采用STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型 ,观察止消通脉宁对糖尿病大鼠肾组织AGEs、尿白蛋白的影响。结果显示止消通脉宁可明显降低糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白及肾组织AGEs含量 (P <0 0 1)。说明止消通脉宁可明显降低糖尿病大鼠肾组织AGEs含量。
To explore the effect of Zhixiao Tongmaining on the renal tissue glycation end products (AGEs) in diabetic rats. STZ-induced diabetic rat model was used to observe the effect of Zhixiao Tongmaining on AGEs and urinary albumin in diabetic rats. The results showed that Zhixiao Tongmaining can significantly reduce urinary albumin and AGEs in diabetic rats (P < 0 01). It was demonstrated that Zhi Xiao Tong Mai Ning could significantly reduce the content of AGEs in the kidney of diabetic rats.
