对某部所属24所医院消毒管理工作现状调查结果表明,各医院消毒管理组织已基本建立,消毒管理制度逐步完善和落实,不同程度地开展了消毒质量监测。针对调查中存在的问题,建议医院应普遍设立院内感染管理科,配齐专职人员,制定统一的医院消毒管理规范和管理档案,加强消毒基础设施建设;加强消毒专业技术培训和消毒卫生执法监督等项工作。
