利用27CD4钢碳氮共渗表层的残存奥氏体、碳和氮含量测量值求导出Ms与氮的线性关系。试验表明,氮对奥氏体稳定性的影响比碳小。考虑到铬对奥氏体中碳和氮的溶解度极限的影响,本文还探讨了在淬火过程中氮对渗碳体析出和贝氏体产生的作用。
The linear relationship between Ms and nitrogen was derived from the measured values of retained austenite, carbon and nitrogen content in the surface of 27CD4 steel carbonitriding. Tests show that the effect of nitrogen on austenite stability is less than that of carbon. Considering the effect of chromium on the solubility limit of carbon and nitrogen in austenite, the effect of nitrogen on precipitation of cementite and bainite in the quenching process was also discussed.
