继高速钢工作辊引入热轧精轧机组的中段和后段之后,又向精轧机组的前段扩大应用。住友金属工业公司和歌山厂对该类辊在使用后的表层损坏情况进行了研究。 被测的高速钢轧辊规格为中760×2100mm,硬度为HS78~82,F1架的轧辊轧制碳钢5068吨,呈全面的黑色表面,F2架的轧辊轧制不锈钢930吨,呈全面的金属光泽表面,并做了以下几方面的测定:磨耗轮廓线、表面状况、断面情况和半宽度测定。
