本文介绍了用图解法由压痕直径快速求布氏硬度近似值的方法。根据布氏硬度的关系式:HB=P/D~2[2/π(1-((1-d~2/D~2)~(1/2))],采取对等式两边求对数的方法,通过计算机的处理,建立以lgHB和lg(1-((1-d~2/D~2)~(1/2))为坐标的特殊坐标形式,从而使HB-d的关系曲线变为线性关系,给求布氏硬度值的工作带来方便。所建立的关系曲线还可以帮助我们选择适当的布氏硬度试验参数,并且可以使我们能直观地看出布氏硬度值随压痕直径变化的规律。
