沪芦高速公路是目前正在开展的上海市交通基础设施建设重点工程之一,为了切实抓好施工质量,工程建设指挥部在工程之初即针对本工程的特点制订了工程建设监理办法。本文简单介绍了本工程监理工作的职责、内容及日常工作程序。
Shanghai-Lu Expressway is one of the key projects of traffic infrastructure construction currently underway in Shanghai. In order to effectively grasp the construction quality, the headquarters of engineering construction formulated engineering supervision measures at the beginning of the project according to the characteristics of this project. This article briefly introduces the responsibility, content and routine work procedure of this project supervision work.
