目前我国高等职业院校十分关注教学体系的改革和教学质量的提升,课程体系的建设与改革是提高教学质量的核心,也是教学改革的重点和难点,将工作过程与课程体系结合起来是一种有效的改革方式。基于工作过程以行动为导向的专业课程体系就是将课程目标要素、结构要素和内容要素加排列组合,使各个课程要素在动态过程中统一指向课程体系目标的系统。即根据专业对口职业岗位的任职要求,参照国家行业职业资格标准,积极与行业企业合作开发基于工作过程以行动为导向的专业课程体系,建立突出职业能力培养的项目课程,规范教学的内容和基本要求,提高课程教学质量。
