为研究封隔器工作的可靠性 ,将胶筒安装在模拟试验装置中做模拟井下工况的受力试验 ,通过 4 0只应力传感器测得胶筒在封隔时对套管接触应力的大小及分布情况。结果表明 ,胶筒被压缩后对套管的接触应力主要集中在每节胶筒的中间带 ,应力呈规律性变化 ,随受压元件轴向力的加大 ,胶筒对套管的接触应力也增加 ,特点是胶筒沿套管轴向应力差别较大 ,沿套管径向应力分布较均匀。这说明封隔器工作时每节胶筒中间带起主要密封作用 ,接触最好 ,两端则较差。
