“活动单导学”课堂教学模式以“活动单”为媒介引导学生在“活动”中自主、合作学习,实现教学目标的过程,其中小组合作学习是其重要组成部分。为有效提高小组学习的效率,使“活动”圆满顺利的完成,促进学生的主动学习和自主发展,对学习小组长的选定和培养至关重要。笔者通过研究和实践,对“活动单导学”课堂教学模式下,培养小组长的实际操作进行了分析和阐述。
“Activity guide ” classroom teaching mode “activity list ” as a medium to guide students in “activity ” in autonomy, cooperative learning, the process of achieving teaching objectives, including small group cooperative learning is an important part of it. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of group learning, to complete the successful completion of “activities ” and to promote the active learning and independent development of students, it is very important for the selection and cultivation of learning team leaders. Through the research and practice, the author analyzes and expounds the actual operation of the group leader under the mode of “activity guide” classroom teaching.
