目的:观察五紫三黄方对激素依赖性哮喘小鼠模型嗜酸性粒细胞趋化活化因子和嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白的影响。方法:小鼠雌雄各半120只,随机分为空白组、模型组、泼尼松对照组及五紫三黄方低、中、高剂量组,每组20只。利用卵蛋白(OVA)复制小鼠哮喘模型,并进行激素干预治疗来制作激素依赖性哮喘小鼠模型,在撤减激素过程中,以五紫三黄方干预治疗,观察其对哮喘小鼠模型嗜酸性粒细胞趋化活化因子和嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白的影响。结果:五紫三黄方各组与醋酸泼尼松均能减少肺组织内ECP和eotaxin的含量(P<0.01),五紫三黄方减少肺组织内ECP和eotaxin的含量较醋酸泼尼松显著(P<0.01)。结论:五紫三黄方具有很好的减轻气道炎症的作用。
