从建设部中国建筑文化中心获悉,近日,由青岛中联盈地置业有限公司开发的别墅大盘“100福国际山庄”荣获“中国最佳山水别墅”大奖,同时,企业拔得“中国地产文化品牌企业”头筹。“100福国际山庄”是目前国内第二个获得“中国最佳山水别墅”大奖的楼盘(2005年8月杭州中都“青山湖畔”曾获得该项大奖);而青岛中联盈地置业有限公司获得“中国地产文化品牌企业”大奖,目前在国内属于首家。
From the China Construction and Cultural Center of the Ministry of Construction was informed that recently, the villa market developed by Qingdao Zhonglian Yingdi Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the grand prize of “China Best Landscape Villa” at “100 Fu International Villa”, and at the same time, “China’s real estate culture brand enterprises” top priority. “100 Fu International Villa ” is currently the second real estate won “China Best Landscape Villa ” award (in August 2005, Hangzhou “Castle Peak” won the award); and Qingdao China United Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the “China real estate culture brand enterprises” award, is currently the first in China.
