患者女性,44岁,乏力,头昏,并有短暂晕厥2次,于1982年4月1日入院.心电图检查发现有窦房传导阻滞.患者有风湿性心脏病史10年余,无晕厥与抽搐史.2月前因白细胞偏低用VitB_4、肌苷、CoA无效,近4日服碳酸锂.每日3次,每次0.3g.2月前心电图提示窦性心律大致正常心电图.
Female, 44 years old, weak, dizzy, with brief syncope 2, admitted to hospital on April 1, 1982. Electrocardiogram found sinoatrial block. Patients with a history of rheumatic heart disease more than 10 years without syncope and Twitch history. 2 months ago due to low white blood cells with VitB_4, inosine, CoA invalid, nearly 4 serving lithium carbonate. 3 times a day, each 0.3g.
