目前,职业院校教育改革不断深化,在这种时代背景下,职业院校的发展对教师也提出了更高的要求,职业院校教师如何适应当前高学历、高素质的职业要求,以及结构变化、竞争激烈的发展形势,是当前职业学校教师队伍建设急需解决的主要问题。而师德建设则对职业院校教师队伍素质的提升具有重要影响,它是职业院校长远发展的基础和前提,因此,必须采取有效措施推进职业院校师德建设。提升教师的职业道德素质和综合素养。
