随着我国社会的不断发展,对于人才的需求也在不断提高,其中高职教育的发展也要越来越符合现代社会的发展,但是在实际中,学校培养的学生和社会的需求之间存在着一定的脱节,导致了有些毕业的学生不能够很好的适应现在工作的需要。所以,在现在高职的教育中,对于其实践的教学体系有这新的要求和发展,才能培养出适合需求的人才。本文关注的是高职教育实践教学的内涵,然后根据其发展的阶段总结其发展特点,深入阐释高职教育实践教育体系的发展。
With the continuous development of our society, the demand for qualified personnel is also constantly increasing. In particular, the development of higher vocational education should also be more and more in line with the development of modern society. However, in practice, there is a gap between the demand for school-trained students and the society A certain degree of disagreement has led some graduating students not to adapt well to the needs of the present work. This article focuses on the connotation of practical teaching in higher vocational education, and then summarizes its development characteristics according to the stage of its development, and deeply explains the development of practical education system in higher vocational education.
