用原位杂交组织化学法对大脑皮质内生长抑素mRNA(SOMmRNA)的分布进行了研究。发现SOMmRNA广泛分布于大脑皮质各层中的神经元胞体及近端树突内,尤以Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ层为主,SOMmRNA阳性神经元可分为浓染及淡染两种类型。结果表明SOMmRNA阳性神经元在大胞皮质的广泛分布可能在其复杂的功能活动中起神经调制物的作用。
The distribution of somatostatin mRNA (SOMmRNA) in the cerebral cortex was studied by in situ hybridization histochemistry. SOM mRNAs were found to be widely distributed in neuronal somatic cells and proximal dendrites in all layers of the cerebral cortex, especially in layers II, III and V. SOM mRNA positive neurons were classified into two types: concentrated and lightly stained. The results indicate that the widespread distribution of SOM mRNA positive neurons in the MCs may play a role of neuromodulator in their complex functional activities.
