用彩色经颅多谱勒超声诊断仪(TCD)和血气分析仪检测50只成年家兔颅内主要血管 的血流频谱和大脑中动脉的COZ反应性。发现家兔脑血流频谱与人类相似,是高流量低阻力的特 点,且颅底动脉循环与人类相似;paco2对脑血流速度有明显影响。提示:在测定兔脑血流速度时应注 意动脉血中二氧化碳分压的影响。
The blood flow spectrum and the COZ reactivity of the middle cerebral artery in 50 adult rabbits were detected by colorimetric transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) and blood gas analyzer. It was found that the spectrum of cerebral blood flow in rabbits is similar to that in humans, which is characteristic of high flow and low resistance. The circulation of skull base artery is similar to that in humans; paco2 has a significant effect on cerebral blood flow velocity. Tip: The determination of cerebral blood flow in rabbits should pay attention to the impact of partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood.
